This parameter controls whether BibDB tries to read a whole entry, even when
it only needs the entry name. This option can slow down BibDB considerably,
especially on long files. Set this to {on} if you are using weird and
unusual bibliography database formats, which BibDB has trouble reading.
The default is {off}.
